Case: Seizure in pregnancy

You have received prehospital notification about a 40-year-old female, G1P0, who is at 32 weeks gestation of a single pregnancy. She has had a witnessed generalised seizure lasting 3 minutes and is post ictal requiring manual airway support. Her current observations are:

Sats 98% of 100% O2 via bag valve mask
