Case: Syncope during tennis

A 22-year-old male presents with an episode of syncope during a game of tennis. He reports no prodromal symptoms prior to the collapse. He has had one similar episode in the past, also while playing tennis. On examination, he appears well. Vital signs are: HR 60 bpm; BP 115/70; RR 12; SaO2 98% RA; Temp 36.5C
