Case: Regional mass casualty

You are the consultant of a regional base hospital. You are informed by local ambulance control of a level crossing train vs bus accident that has just occurred. It is esmated there are over thirty casual es of varying severity and that the first ambulances will start to arrive in the next fi een minutes. Your shi HNUM has never been involved in a major casualty incident before. She cannot find the local disaster plan and switch has no instant alert process.
