Case: Seizure due to severe hyponatraemia
A 64-year-old female presents with an altered conscious state following a seizure. Initial ABG shows pH 7.32, PCO2 31 mmHg, HCO3 17 mmol/L, Na 112 mmol/L, Cl 81 mmol/L, lactate 4.7 mmol/L.
