Case: Polypharmacy overdose

43-year-old female was found by her husband with a potential deliberate poisoning. She is normally on amitriptyline, venlafaxine XR and pregabalin. On arrival at the Emergency Department, her vitals are:

HR 110 bpm

SBP 60 mm Hg.

GCS 8
