Case: Exertional rhabdomyolysis
A 54-year-old man presents with tea-coloured urine, myalgia and weakness two days after running a marathon. His vital signs are: HR 90 BP 95/65 RR 24 Sats 98% RA T 37.8. UA shows mod blood and protein. Neg nitrites and leukocyte esterase. You are concerned for rhabdomyolysis.
