Case: Knee dislocation
A 69-year-old obese female is brought in by ambulance with severe pain to her right knee and inability to weight bear after stepping into a hole, causing her to fall. She has an obvious effusion of her right knee which is grossly unstable. You suspect a spontaneously reduced knee dislocation. There are no other injuries.
