His current medications are Apixaban 5mg BD, Metoprolol 25mg BD, Atorvastatin 20mg nocte. Triage obs: RR 18/min, Sats (room air) 96%, Pulse 63 regular, BP 89/57, Temp 36.5 The senior registrar performs a cardiac POCUS.
